Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Current Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Refund Policy

Returns

  • Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at sales@currentsolutionsinc.ca 

Refunds

  • Refund Process: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
  • Refund Options: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Alternative refund methods can be arranged by contacting our customer service.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@currentsolutionsinc.ca
